AL410-210
Loop Powered Signal Isolator: The 410-210 loop powered
isolator is a result of hands on knowledge of the harsh
South African industrial climate. Suitable for the
rugged conditions that abound in the South African environment,
we have designed a loop powered isolator to eliminate all
ground loop problems. With both galvanic and opto-isolation
to 2500 V AC we provide a solution to non-isolated inputs
or commond power supplies to numerous field instruments.
Suitable for process control and data acquisition systems,
the housing is DIN Rail mountable with a very small footprint
(17mm).

AL410-100
Programmable Isolated DIN Rail Mount Signal Transmitter:
The AL Range of self calibrating signal conditioners has
been designed and developed to meet the challenging conditions
of the South African Industry. With multiple input signal
types including, mA, Volts, milli-volts, thermo-couples
(J, K, R, S, B, E, T and N), RTD's (PT100, PT1000, NI100,
NI1000, potentiometers (50 Ohm to 5 KOhm) and resistance
(0 to 5 KOhm) all being converted to industry standard signals,we
offer a truly universal signal conditioner. Linking the
unit to a P.C, palmtop, pocket pc etc., one is able to use
the software that allows the selection of input, output,
up/downscale burnout feature and lineariser function by
means of pull down windows format functions.

MultiTek
2 Wire Transmitter AC Voltage Transducer : The M700
series are 2 wire transmitters. The M700-VL1 converts the
A.C. input voltage signal to a 4-20mA D.C. Output. The output
is directly proportional to the input signal. 2 Wire transmitters
like the M700-VL1, obtain the power to operate from the
4-20mA output circuit to which they are connected, and therefore
require no separate auxiliary supply. The M700-VL1 is average
sensing RMS calibrated current transmitter. 2 Wire transmitters
have an advantage over conventional auxiliary powered transducers,
because no separate auxiliary is required, savings in the
cost of providing a separate auxiliary supply and wiring
are made. The above units are used to measure voltage in
energy management systems, switchboards, generator and telemetry
controls. Isolation of 4kV is provided between the input
and output signal, allowing the output to be fed to conventional
analogue meters, digital meters, PLC, and computer systems.

MODEL
ITU-100 CURRENT TRANSMITTER : The model ITU-100 current
transmitter computes RMS current and converts the RMS value
to a proportional 0-20mA output current. The wide frequency
range, DC to 10kHz (Option 1: DC-100kHz) yields excellent
accuracy for sinusoidal as well as nonsinusoidal signals
(pulsed systems) and signals containing DC components. The
0-20mA output current is galvanically isolated from input
and electronics supply. Three transmitters can be hooked-up
in a 3-phase system to monitor total current, or average
current by simply adding the transmitter output currents
in a ammeter or a common scaling resistor. The transmitter
is well suited to monitor electrical equipment. The 0-20mA
signal can be transmitted over long distances (100m - 500m)
without loss of accuracy. Galvanic input/output isolation
yields maximum operator safety and eliminates ground loop
problems.

Current
Transmitter/Receiver Model 276XR : The Model 276XR
Current Transmitter/Receiver consists of two identical modules.
One module accepts the input from a standard CT, while the
second module is connected to a current monitor. The Transmission
lines between the two modules can be up to 1000 feet long.
The input module will accept any current input from zero
to 5 amps, while the output module will produce a zero to
5 amp signal. Line loss across 1000 feet is no more than
6% of the input. The Model 276XR module will operate with
any AC current from 50 to 400 Hz. No supply voltage is required
to operate the transmitter/receiver link.

True RMS current transducer : CT-R6-4C is true RMS
current transducer designed for precise single phase AC
current measurement needs in industrial applications.
CT-R6-4C accurately converts AC input current and provides
a linear 4-20 mA DC output proportional to the input RMS
value. It uses true RMS conversion techniques to maintain
same accuracy with high crest factor input signals.
Features: Sinle phase current input
± 0.5% accuracy Loop powered 4-20
mA output 2kV optical and galvanic isolation
Factory calibrated - no field calibration required
DIN rail mount - accepts wires up to 2.5 mm2
(14 AWG) wires Small size
Competitively priced

Voltage
to 4-20mA Transducer : The ETVI board accepts voltage
signals (typically 0-10 VDC) and provides 4-20 mA two wire
current output. The board is equipped with LOCAL-AUTO switches
with LOCAL position indication. In this manual mode, the
output current can be precisely modulated by a trim pot
located on the board. The loop current is indicated by large
amber LEDs. The maximum loop resistance is over 600 Ohm.
The ETVI board contains two identical channels. It is equipped
with angular connectors for fast and easy wiring and mounts
in a 2.75 wide snap-track (provided).
